Those image files that contain the "Flying-At" phrase, "Flying-At" artwork, "BE U" phrase, and or "BE U" artwork, and other various proprietary marks shall be referred to herein as "Image Files".
Certain proprietary phrases that can be represented in typeset or other media, including electronic media, that may or may not be considered an Image File shall be referred to herein simply as "other marks".
Image Files and other marks may not be used in the production of libelous, defamatory, fraudulent, lewd, obscene or pornographic material or any material that infringes upon any third party intellectual property rights or in any otherwise illegal manner. You may not claim any trademark rights in the Image Files, other marks, or derivative works thereof.
You may not register domain names based on the trademarks covered by these terms, without prior expressed, special permission, not granted by the public "permission to use" phrase associated with many of the images.
Requests for information should be directed to the Big E Universe Customer Support Department. Trademarks shall be used in accordance with accepted trademark practice, including identification of trademarks owners names. In addition, the trademark identification shall include the "Permission granted to use pursuant to these terms" phrase, with the link back to this document. The use of any trademark does not give you any rights of ownership in that trademark.
The trademarks referred to in these terms, or on media output by Big E Universe, and identified as its marks, are trademarks or registered trademarks of Fran Corpier or Big E Universe in the United States and/or other countries.
